DIRECTOR'S OFFICE

The Commission maintains a full-time Technical Staff headed by a Director,     through which the Commission's powers, duties, rules, and policies are carried out on a daily basis.  The Director is appointed by the Commission to manage the daily operations of the Technical Staff.

PLAN REVIEW DIVISION 

Enforces the State Building Code and other regulations through review of proposed construction plans, specifications, contracts and related documents.

INSPECTORS

     Inspect projects under construction to ensure code compliance and             conformance with Contract Documents.  In conjunction with the design   professional and Awarding Authority, the inspectors establish substantial completion for building occupancy.  Inspections are limited to state funded construction and public schools.
