ADVERTISEMENT FOR A/E REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Pursuant to Alabama Act no. 2001-956,  the Jefferson County Board of Education is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide professional designs for new construction and renovations of facilities at Erwin Elementary School.  This project will include renovations and new construction on the site of the current school.  The anticipated budget for this project will range between $ 5 and $ 7 million. 

QUALIFICATIONS:  The architectural firm shall be licensed and registered in the State of Alabama.  The Jefferson County Board of Education encourages proposals from architectural professionals who represent firms with experience for this type of project.  Mandatory submittal documents shall include:

            Letter of Interest

            Copy of License

            Copy of Liability Insurance

            Completed GSA Standard Form 330

            Proposed Team Assigned to the Project

            Statement of Qualifications

            References from Prior Clients on Similar Projects Completed

                        Within the Last Five Years
